[OFF-TOPIC] RESEARCH PROJECT INVITATION
=====================================================================
Whilst not strictly Spring related, I'd like to thank those of you who
have already participated in my licensing research project pilot. This
anonymous research project is part of my doctorate and is both formally
supervised and has university ethics clearance. Anyone who is interested
in the research can receive a free copy of the eventual dissertation and
dataset (ie the research is entirely academic and non-commercial). If
you'd like to learn more, please see http://research.acegitech.com.
Thanks again to those who have already participated or intend to do so.
By the way, the research uses ASM to perform bytecode introspection.
This in turn produces dependency coupling metrics. It also uses the
Maven 2 repository for licensing data, and naturally Spring for the
server-side implementation. So even if you don't participate, you might
be interested in the research methodology and instrument design.
Best regards
